Everything seems good to me, I would maybe try some smoother arm movements on frames 147 - 160. Lip sinc is great though!

Nice job, i like the situation, and i think you have a great start. I think it needs a bit more time spent on it. And also that gun flip that happens around 160 is kind of out of character, but thats just my opinion. Nice Job!
