The animation seems a bit rigid and unrefined. In the very beginning of the video you can see the man on the right hands phase through his thigh and the lip sync just seems to be them moving their lips up and down and not really pronouncing the words.

Your characters at first look like they were running for a mile by the way their body animations were.
