I like your animation, you should have had a camera on each guy separately. I am sure you have noticed by now how we can see each guy as he freezes or thaws.

Older man is staying still for too long while the young guy is talking, try adjusting your camera angles next time, a good way to "cheat" having to animate both characters and also create interest

Character on the left is too idle while the other one is talking.
