I think the facials can be better your legs feel a little bit to stretchy and the arms too, So improve your general animation and you will see a big jump in your animation. Continue to improve one day you will get it ;-)

That was good! The legs moving in the beginning gives it character, and the lip-sync is not bad, maybe think of it more as sound rather than words, it might help, other than that, it was pretty good, I'm sure that with a little bit more time you'd do something even better.
