I love the characters in your animation, it's really original! I find your dragon's walk cycle very good, but at the dog's level, she could be improved with a benchmark, because her gait is way too robotic for a dog! If I can help you a bit, a dog does not lift both paws on the same side at the same time and the ears do not vibrate as much for example!

It's totally fine to have a scene of characters walking and talking, but if that's what you'd like to do I'd recommend really nailing down the mechanics of a walk cycle before adding acting on top of it.
