a good job the acting and the idea is good even if it can be maybe a little better

Good idea overall. Swims a little from pose to pose.
Ben Zingo:
pretty good, but also feels a bit stiff/linear. Make sure you add in anticipation, overshoot, settling, etc. to help your character feel more organic & natural!
Exaggerating the mouth shapes & bringing the corners of the mouth in & out might help it feel a little more flexible
