I would recommend recording video reference of yourself acting this out and break it down and analyze it.

Ha! I love this idea. Keep an eye out for twinning (like when both of his hands come up to the same level at the same time), and see if you can mask the poses by having body parts arrive at their resting positions at different times (for example, with his big move around frame 65, his eyes might move first, followed by his head, then neck, etc.)
