The setup of the shot looks nice, and the character demands my attention. I think the first thing I would do is check my spacing of the movements because everything looks a bit floaty and even. (like a computer) Performance wise, if that dough is going to stay in the air for that long, you definitely need a bigger anticipation before the throw. I don't know your workflow but I would probably stay in blocking longer and work out my spacing of the movements before going into spline. It was a clever idea of sphere and circle.

i like it. be careful to point all the time and it looks you are afraid to move to character, because it makes short movements.

Perhaps needs a bit more focus on the weight of everything? Feels a bit floaty.
