i like your concept. the render with lights are not helping the anmation. try to put them inside the camera and one advice: has a lot of free rigs to study animation, try to use them.

I liked the rhythm in the beginning, and the trucking camera shot. Around f160 the character is moving a little too fast in my opinion. I think timing out the poses more would be helpful. I like the movement around the globe at the end, but without the arm, I was a bit distracted.

Try a rig next time, it might help. Fun idea though.
