The lip sync is off - the mouth shapes don't match the sounds, frames 33-35 really jump out. He's making an EE sound, but with an OO mouth shape.

I feel like the arms snap into position too hard, like he's about to break the robot's shoulders. But if it's intentional, then slight nudge or wobble from the robot would emphasise Raph's aggressive grabs.
I do like that end gag with Leo at the end.
