I like the idea of someone being too loud in a library for this dialog clip. The animation fundamentals are a bit lacking, but there are some good acting beats here.

The big things that stand out to me are the lack of animation down into the character's CoG or hips. Even when you're sitting, movement in the upper body is going to cause the hips area to move simply by virtue of being connected to the rest of the body. The hips also tend to be the origin of most movements like what you have her doing. They will tend to counter the angle of the shoulders and keep the body balanced over her core, otherwise she becomes off balance.

Also, watch the eyes. Unless the eyes are doing very specific kinds of tracking, you'll rarely see anything other than a quick dart over 1-2 frames.
