If you put the camera back on the character with the suspenders' face for the final piece of dialogue that would be beneficial.
David Fliesen:
Camera work needs a bit of work. Don't cut to a new camera for no reason and you should read up on shot sequences to gain a better understanding from film on how to frame up your shots and take between shots. Also the lips do not match up very well with the audio clip.
