Nice start. Feels a bit floaty and pose to pose. Think about tightening up your timing with snappier inbetweens, and add some overlap and settle for less of a pose to pose feel. Also looks like you need another pass at the lip sync.

Pick characters that suit the voices. Grandpa with a female voice does not feel believable.
