Overall, great job. I found the subtle character movements, like the flexing of the hand in frames 10-25 entirely believable. Sitting alone on a couch on the phone, little movements like that are involuntary and great to see them included.

I found the leg movements a little less natural. Starting in frame 105, the left leg actually goes into the couch wireframe, and really gets deep by frame 135. The resting position at frame 151 looks incredibly uncomfortable, and at frame 188 it feels like the knee would be in a fully locked position, which would also be incredibly uncomfortable.

On the whole, the head and upper body are very well done!
