I had to watch multiple times before I realized the opening sequence was of a photograph. It just looked like an unanimated sequence. I think that briefly showing the speaker looking over his shoulder at the picture, such as in frame 53, would have helped establish the shot.

Nitpicking a bit - the final animation, as showin in frame 253... the speaker's arms are abnormally long. You've drawn his elbows touching his hips while leaning back in the chair. That was really jarring for me and actually drew my attention away from the little girl's reaction shot.

Another minor nit-pick. The speaker appears to be tied to a chair. But the chair doesn't have any evidence of a back rest to be tied to. He has pretty much a full range of motion. He's leaning up in frame 127, slouching in 176, and leaning back in 227. His movements are not those of a restrained person.

The speaker's facial animations and lip sync are well timed. The close up head turn is well drawn, and the nuance of his flipping hair through out adds a nice flair. It looks like an animated news paper editorial, which is fun.

Nice idea)

Really great job overall, you might want to keep the style consistent. The man's hair is distracting in the beginning, while the girl's hair is more simple.
