Self critiques...

My camera wasn't steady in the early frames, 12-25. I didn't recognize it until there was no going back.

I did a pretty poor job erasing the existing mouth on the character. There are obvious color mismatches that I needed to have spent more time cleaning up before applying the lip sync.

I cut away from the zombie woman too quickly after frame 109. I didn't give her a chance to come to a rest, so it looks like a bad cut.

I lost about 24 frames from the end of the animation. I'm not sure what happened there. They weren't important, but the scene abruptly ends instead of fading to black as intended.

On the plus side, I thought the dramatic face plant from the character in red came out really well. Though I should have animated the other characters more between frames 25-38.

I thought the lip sync came out decent, though I think I need some additional mouth shapes for tween sounds.

I need to start animating at 15 fps instead of 12. Those 3 fps really make a huge difference.

I've seen MUCH better, but also MUCH worse brick films.
