Timothy Sameh Batarseh:

Nice animation! I like how the father carries his son at the end.

Anthony:

The speaker's eyes are the best part of this animation. The variety of blinks, eye movement, closed eye shapes are all very well timed and great choices.

I don't see enough mouth shapes to be a convincing lip sync. The shoulder movement during the little giggle is nicely done, but the rest of the character movements aren't as nice. The walk cycles are really unnatural. Not having elbows or knees are a style choice, I'm sure. But it looks like the feet slide across the floor, so it isn't convincing that the character movement from point a to point b is in any way related to the movement of the legs. The lean back and forward from frames 276 - 299 are far too exaggerated for the few steps being taken.

The little boy jumping looks passable at full speed, but slowed down shows a really ugly digital squash and stretch. Frames 316-324.

Fabian:

Really neat!! The expressions are great
