Not bad at all. Just a little lack of contrast in your move speed. Also, your moving hold are a bit shy. Adding some reaction of the characters could help too!

The second characters lips were just moving up and down.

Great scene, good set up, great camera panning, animation is ok, Lip sync needs refining with more mouth shapes. But over all great work.
