Very very veeeeeeeeeery slow here. Prety floaty also. Try to make them move faster. It will improve your work. Also, I strongly suggest you to read the Richard Williams' book Animator's Survival Kit

Nikolas Diamant:

Everything is jerky, and the gun and phone aren't tracked to their hands

Nathan Greensmith:

The animation is very jumpy or floaty and needs improvement, as does the lip sync, you need to review the principles of animation. Also you need to fix your resolution size. But I do think it's a good effort and you should keep practicing.

Kyra Toomey:

Are the on a spaceship? And does one have a cybernetic arm? Anyway, i'd suggest to looking into "parent constraining" and "constraints" it will help with keeping objects with your character like hats on heads or guns in hand. Another thing is when you make a pose, key everything then move on (only moving what you need, for the time being, then keying it all again). It looks like you moved individual pieces of the rig and then you let the computer animate it and with different stuff having different keys it makes everything off in their floatyness.
