Nice work! I like it! The "Maryland" is much better than your WIP version, good job on that! From 200 onward the repetitive upside-down spatula-hand poses are unappealing, that rig is designed for teaching students how to animate really large hands so that you can concentrate on your hand poses...same with the guy on the left...his hand is pretty much locked to the table in the same pose the whole time...you should move his IK hand even slightly a few times to unlock that hand...feel where his weight would be shifting to, and how would that weight translate into pressure on his fingers...the fingers themselves need to vary as well...curl them a little when he moves. The "Badass" looks good too! Hope some of that helps! Cheers!

Muhammad Zulhilmi:

Nice, but the motion is a bit too much of the white shirt guy. Maybe simplify it?

Overall, nice!

Branden Blowey:
