Cute colorful
I love how bright characters are compared to the background. The items in the background work with the witch student. The hats person is great and its cool how much emotions in its body especially with the sparkle when it gets more into it. I also like how she jumps up to pull the ht back down. I’d love to see a short with this idea.
I think the only thing I’d change is the moment the hat raises up it kind of jerks up I think making it more of a sway would be a little more fitting. Also the animation feels really zoomed out but it may just be the size of how it was animated.

Not bad! It felt like there was a little more "dazzle" than anything else, so you might want to focus a little on the basics before jumping to effects and whatnot. But some people will probably rate high for the appeal of the rendering and such. :) Keep at it!
