I love the story in this one! The ending shot is very cute, and her little tear made me laugh.
The head shake in the beginning is very well done, I liked how well you showed the “3d” form in that movement. I also liked her hand to her heart when saying “it was personal to me”
One thing you could do to take this to the next level would be to work on the lip sync. One major problem I’m seeing is that the words requiring lips touching, like B, M, and P have an open mouth, or maybe they do close, but very quickly to the point that I can’t see it. On those sounds, you have to be able to see a closed mouth, the lip sync just wont look right without it.

the timing is a little off for some of the movement, along with some of it being a little stiff. But I like that I've seen so far
