Jen Quinn:

I really like this concept, and the framing and shots were well chosen for it. I think the comedy of it lands well. I think the animation of the male character on his line is great. The female character’s body animation is good in her first solo shot, a little more unnatural in the final shot as she leans on the table - the weight and energy of it could use a little tweaking. The head bobbing in the leaning-on-the-table pose I would get rid of too - keep her focussed on him, zeroed in. Your lip sync lands and is readable, but next time I would recommend playing with the upper lip shapes a little more - when the female character talks she kind of looks like she has had botox (which she could have!) but the upper lip could maybe emote and move a little more, especially on the elongated “sss” sound when she says “I’m so sssick of that”.

Jason:

The lack of hip and shoulder movements immediately take me out of the piece. Other than that the poses, timing and expressions all work well together. The lip sync could use a little touch up. Just make sure you playing with the line of action throughout the entire scene. (aka the spine)
