Is this frame-by-frame? Strange how right character is very jerky and left one is smooth.

Really impressive blocking, although char in blue's timing seems a bit off in the ending dialogue.

Looks like the blue guy was animated in stop motion, or hold type key frames.

the blue character looks like his animation is in step mode. You can use the graph editor to smooth the curves and his motion will be smooth, just like your guy in red! (windows>animation>graph editor)
