The lipsynch is almost there, but we need character animation as well.

Need to move the body too.. your camera spacing is wrong too..

Don't be afraid to play around with your rig. The best part is to find weird poses that you would never have with say a real life action figure or marionette.
April Slocombe:
The bodies are stiff throughout but I like the lip sync, facial expressions and head movements.
Kristin Turnipseed:
Try to revisit the principles and add in some secondary action, overlap, try to move the rest of the body
