Your animation is really headed in a good direction. I'd emphasize the need for some smoother ease ins and outs, with some more offsetting of the body movements. (Head+Neck/Arms) This will make it feel more natural.

For this scene specifically, I think the glasses flicking is a bit much, although I get what you were going for.

The eye and mouth shapes could really be pushed to help sell the performance.
