The only thing I can think go is that the baker freezes to much in the end, otherwise pretty good.
Wai Han Lau:
A good effort and some nice overlap in places! My biggest concern is that the first guy looks like he teleported, the pizza is right in front of him in the first shot and then at frame 145 we see him in red but far away from the pizza... I suggest you map out where your characters would be sitting (like they're actors in a play). Keep on animating!
