Marni:

The lips were good, but the animation seemed a little floppy.

Alex Sinclair:

You have your key poses down, but the movements seem a bit awkward and stiff. May I suggest adding in additional keys between each pose so that the character's movements have a more natural follow-through?

Try not using IK arms next time, or make sure you don't get your hands stuck in one place at any time. Also too much hand movement.

Mic:

Like your keys but a lot of floating in between. More breakdowns and make the motion more driven by intent.

Filipe Pedrosa:

Animation feels a little too swimmy. Hand passes through the table and he either flows into the next pose or stops dead. Working on the speed between poses will improve your animation.
The poses are good, and I like the secondary animation with the glasses, even if it also needs better timing. Keep working and you'll improve for sure!
