The arms are very similar in their movement and the character could use some stronger expressions.

Lip syncing could be better.

The phonemes need to be clearer. Also, the body seems very rigid.

not bad, but the lip sync is not well timed, and in frame 170 when he turns his hands they look like roboting hands being turned by a control, no a smooth turnover. Keep on going
