When the first character speaks he is covered in shadow so maybe he should have been in the foreground or simply not covered up

Very good lighting and very nice environment. Lip sync is also done pretty well.

I like the shadow sync with the light & few more important details you have added, good work. Rest i think you can improve your lip sync a little bit.
