There is a lot of "popping" in his body mechanics. Look in the graph editor to smooth out the discontinuities.

The poses could be strengthened more. Plus I'm seeing a lot of twinning and some of the tangents still need to be tweaked.

the movement seems somewhat jittery and pose-to-pose. You might want to try slowing things down a little, and add in some anticipation, overshoot, etc
