you need to work on better poses because he looked like he was standing on one leg the whole animation, owe he must have one dead leg, lol , do yourself a favor and do a search on YouTube for ' Key Poses and Breakdowns-Animation Blocking

The lip sync seems to be a little behind the words being spoken. I like the animation but it seems a bit to quick at times you should try spreading out some frames in your graph editor.
