try taking a reference video of yourself going through these actions. notice how when you move one part of your body, it affects the rest of your body. this animation is lacking that secondary and tertiary movement, but keep practicing!
Casey Howard:
The interaction between both the characters is a bit wonky and needs to be smoothed out a little and neither of the characters seems to be breathing harshly like the audio suggest.
