Your acting choices and poses have potential. It seems like you have a good feeling of weight on his first step (ending around frame 182). Some of the timing of his acting seems a little out of sync with the audio. Your eye directions (for example frame 252) seems a little crooked, and the last step he makes feels like it is missing the nice feeling of weight you had on the first step. That second step wouldn't call for the same amount of weight as the first, just more feeling of gravity having an affect on his body position than what you have here.
