Good, I like the eye movements and I like the gesture from the the guy in suspenders. The kids could use a touch of animation to make the composition a lot better. However, good job.

I like the movements you have going, but it would've been nice to have the kids moving as well. It's strange having them perfectly still. The shoulder movement as well around 82, (this part is more of an opinion, think of this as you will) the shoulders are super stiff, and it'd just make sense to have them go up like that around frame 144. Looks a bit out of place. I get that he's shocked, but they wouldn't be that high

The main speaking characters move fine, though the background characters are quite literally stiff. The backgrounds could also use detail.
Ben Hall:
The movements here are very fluid and I can read the character's emotions perfectly maybe the character could do a little more. Also just because the prisoners are standing around doesn't mean they aren't moving adding at least a little motion to them not even necessarily actions will keep them alive.
