1) Why the sudden change in camera angle
2) The guy doesn't blink and he shows no emotion since you neglected to work with the eyebrows as well.

The overacting of the skeleton throws off your animation. It would have been better if you used subliminal movement with your secondary character. The third shot would have been better if it was a close up. And last but not least, in the third cut again, nobody places their hand flat on a table.

Hands move too much, there are a lot of poses. The labial is not bad!
