Taking the thing out of the box is about the best bit...... why the F is he taking a thing out of a box? Drifting between poses on the first shot. Eye brows randomly drifting up and down. Character 2 is paralyzed?

You have a lot of issues. I will just point out one. The lip sync on the secondary character is non-existence - his jaw moves, but not with the voice.
