It's a good start! It does feel very pose-to-pose to me, so make sure to add some overlapping motion to your characters and have them ease in and out of their key poses. Also, the way the girl kicks her feet together in the beginning feels very unnatural, I'd maybe try taking video of yourself doing that or find a video of a kid doing it.

Don't forget to remove all the elements of the Maya interface when rendering your animation. In itself your animation and well, the only thing that jumps out at me is that your lighting is a little dark and could have been a little more work.

Nice! I like the little girl's animation, it makes for a very interesting character, the animation could be a little more polished to look smoother, but it's not bad. Anyway, keep up the work!
