I love your animation! It seems very fluid to me and even if it only lasts about 13 seconds you have managed to make your characters endearing! Although you characters are birds, I think you did well with your lipsync. I love your crow's expressions!

So the thing that was really jarring for me is the 180 camera flip we did from the first shot to the second shot, and then again to the third shot. I'm not sure we ever needed to see the birds from the back side.
