I think the lack of eyebrows in your female character makes it harder to read her expressions and that she should be a bit more exaggerated to make up for their absence

The movements feel kinda robotique, especiall the guys arms, try to not be too parallel with the body parts.

I'd double check and make sure you're animating the correct control for moving her jaw. Right now it looks like you've animated the head's squash and stretch control rather than the jaw's rotation control.

I think you can improve in facials and mouvement again, continue to improve one day you will get it ;-)

you should animate more controllers but good fluidity and tempo
