The general acting feels ok, but characters are a bit too static for my taste, especially the one closer to the camera.

I wish there was a little more to the animation work in this piece - it feels like the guy just has one pose with some mouth shapes happening. It would be nice to see some more acting choices rather than him just being on his walkie-talkie.

Very pleasant art style! The mouth couldve used more facial movement on the man at the beginning, like at the end where we can see his jaw move.
