I think you put more effort in the background than the actual animation, who is the main point of this competition. You need to focus more on the animation than the background the next time it will be better the next time i think.

Pay attention to your rendering, we should not see the Maya interface and it should end at the end of your animation, there is a big downtime at the end of black or nothing happens. For your animation, it would have been interesting to see a character's face longer (that of the one who talks the most for example). You have to pay more attention to your rig, at the level of the man's neck, it seems to be breaking and it does not make it very clean. Your strong point is on the decor which is quite clean. Keep working, you will improve over time!
