Just the facials of your character need some improvements.

it feels like it is a robot when he is moving. You can maybe use the Spline mode when animating ;)

good lipsync, you need to work a bit more on the facial expression!

For the mouth, moving other parts, like the edge of the lips or the chin could make it seem more realistic.

Would like to see more than just the character's head!

This is headed in the right direction, I fell like the lip-sync needs to be reworked, and the expressions could have a little bit more life to them, if you do that, I think it'd look a lot better!
