The head seems to make a couple of unnecessarily intense movements at times, it's not very fluid.

His head shakes too much when he speaks and unfortunately I find him not really expressive, it would have to be reworked with a reference. Also, don't forget to remove the Maya interface when rendering!

The voice sounds like that of a child, not a bearded man. I'd also suggest showing more than just the head, and have both characters on screen.

I like the facial expressions, but the lip-sync needs a little bit of work, and the head seemed to nod a little fast every time the character spoke, maybe try and tweak that too, anyway good job!
