Maybe if u wanna do colorize backgorund & outline-only for the character, pls make the outline with another colorful bright color (maybe red / yellow) so it is more easy to be seen

Your animation is really cute! I think that what there would be to work on is the lipsync and the finishing of the coloring of the cats otherwise I find it very good!
