Good movement, and it's definitely clear what is going on in the clip. Expressions match the tone of the sound bite too, which is good. One thing I did notice is there is inconsistancy with the size of the characters. In frame 102, the younger character is about chest height, and then in 145 the older character is TOWERING over the younger character which makes sense but is still off from the first appearance, and then in frame 175, where it switches angles, the younger character is way bigger than they were at the other stages. It's like they grew up in the span of 2 seconds.
Otherwise, yea, good job! :D

It seems like one of those animations in MS-Paint and Movie Maker back in the day. The audio also seems to be pushed up several DBs.

I love the acting and facial expressions! The lip sync needs a bit more work.
