Nothing impressive about the character animation

On one hand, it seems like freeware software is used (Pencil2D- classic style, but a bit rough with sound, TupiTube- the legend without the eraser, and Krita, an art program with some animation abilities)
That being said, I don't think this could work outside of one of those summer minimesters- it's just very crude and FlipaClip-ish.
