I feel like this piece isn't finished. However, if you plan on finishing it, I think the camera angle could be a little lower, not so much facing "down" on the character.
Beau Hall:
The movements were all linear, too robotic. Not a very natural movement to the guy.

Hi there.
When I was first starting out, no one ever
took the time to say anything on my shots.
I can't give you constructive feedback here,
as your work seems to lack an overall
understanding of the principles of animation.
However, I emplore you to seek out these
books, and began your studies.
"Character Animation Crash Course"-Eric Goldberg
"Acting for Animators"- Revised Edition
"How to Cheat in Maya 2012/2014"-Lutha Roy
There are many more, but these will get you
started. Best of luck on your journey!
Amartya Mukherji:
Nice , but not up to the mark. I felt the actions are slightly floaty. Good try bro :)
Aaron Clement:
A bit floaty and linear.
Danny Kneip:
Neat looking character and interesting composition. The lip sync needs additional polishing and the hand gestures/movements could use more refining - the fingers are either straight out or almost closed and nothing in-between (and the thumb doesn't appear to ever move). There's a lot of potential here for the fingers to flow as the hand moves, but the I think the hand is actually over-animated.
