I like the starting & the ending part. His right arm/hand stays still for a long time starting from frame #80. Other than that, the rest is OK.

I think it's pretty good except for some parts. When he's rowing his elbows move up and down too much when they should be moving in broad arcs along with his hands which should also have circular motions. Also, starting from frame 75 his right hand is bent way too much when it should probably reach a maximum of not even 90 degrees. Also when your wrist is bent like that your fingers tend to curl up a bit and your thumb usually doesn't open that much either. Other than that you have a pretty decent animation!

That hand pose is just killing it for me. Watch those bones, they don't bend like that!
