Overall I like the acting, but the lip sync needs some improvement, especially on the P's and B's he should close his mouth entirely. If you did do that then maybe keep his mouth closed for a frame longer that way it's able to be seen in realtime.

Neat style choice. I like how it reads, and your beats seem more solid then the rest of the work I've seen so far. Simpler is better!

Great style, but many of the mouth shapes are used in the wrong places, which means the sync is jumbled and unreadable. The hand gestures are unmotivated. There's great potential here with this style of character design, but the animation as a whole falls short.
